| We are doing a web page on the Australian Institute
of Sport(A.I.S). We chose to do this site, because we
think the building design is pretty good.We are going to
to show some of the buildings here. The A.I.S stands for Australian Institute of Sport. The Australian Institute of Sport (A.I.S.) provides facilities that help athletes of all sports including sports and Medicine services to elite athletes and sports science. They have institutes all over Australia There are seven and they are in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Canberra's Institute is Located ten Minutes form the City centre and on a huge sixty-five hectare sight and is the headquarters of the Institutes. The A.I.S. has world class facilities. The structure of the building had began in 1977 and was opened in 1981 . Residential accommodation provides up to 250 study bedrooms for the athletes. They have nineteen flats for married couples. |
