James Egan is an Aboriginal man that works with my dad. James was born in Sydney. He is 34 years old and he works for the Victorian Police Force. James likes sport and sitting on the couch watching TV but he doesn't like spiders. His hobbies are playing sport, especially golf. He also likes playing with his kids and riding his motorbike. James weighs 90kg and he is 178 cm tall. James is married to a lady called Jeanie, she is a white Australian. James has two kids called Luke and Damien. Luke is one and Damien is three. James'  Mum and Dad are Aboriginal.               

 

James is in the middle.

James' special achievements are that he is a Senior Constable in the police force and he works in the OSTT ( Operational Safety and Tactics Unit).  James has traveled a fair  bit for his job. James went to Caulfield Grammar School; he spent part of his life with his Aboriginal family and part with a foster family.  
James has lived with an Aboriginal tribe, he comes from the Yorta tribe who come from around the Murray River. When James was little he used to play tricks on white children who did not know about bush animals. James used to take the white children out to a paddock with no trees and would take a frill necked lizard in a bag with them. James would let the lizard out of the bag and then drop flat to the ground. The lizard would then climb up the white children's leg, thinking they were trees! The lizard would scratch their legs.

 

James still has contact with his tribe; he goes to Aboriginal Awareness days and special festivals or meetings that  for his tribe.
