The Great Fly Off
The Great Fly Off involves students competing
against each other to construct a paper plane from one sheet of A4 paper which
is able to stay in the air for the longest time. The winning plane becomes the
Grade's entry in an extended competition against another school. Schools will
exchange plane plans for modification and refinement. Communication between
schools will involve the use of e-mail and web authoring.
